Alicia Gabrielle Thanos, a nurse turned mindfulness journal creator, released The Mindful Daily Journal in April 2024. Starting her career as a cancer nurse in 2018, she witnessed the strength of her patients and the power of a growth mindset in overcoming hardship. Their resilience and the support systems around them inspired Alicia to explore Stoicism during the COVID-19 pandemic. Combining these insights with graphic design, she founded The Mindful Daily brand to bring mindfulness, joy, and intention into everyday life.
